Practicing yoga exercises mean helping to develop your mind and body. It requires your willpower and determination to practice yoga exercises everyday to keep you fit and healthy. Yoga exercises or asanas are performed to bring improvement in your health, resistance and mental awareness. To perform your exercises, you need to study every asanas quite carefully and execute it to have a control over your mind and body

Warm-up exercises of yoga
Eye muscles should be strengthened by moving your eyes in all direction without moving your head and it improves your eye sight also. This warm-up exercise is really needed to be practiced before your body is ready to do the main exercise of yoga. Some other warm-up exercises are like neck exercises, shoulders lifts, shoulder stretches, are performed to relax your muscle and release the tension of the muscles to feel relaxed. After these warm-up exercises, you are ready to do the main asanas like standing exercises, the mountain exercise (tadasana), the triangle asana, warrior pose, wide legged forward bending, standing forward bending, standing bending on both side, hands to feet, chair asana, standing wide-legged fold etc. all these asanas provide all kind of flexibility and strength to all organs of your body. Yoga exercises give strength, flexibility, removal of tension of body
The sitting exercises namely spread leg forward, seated forward bend, hero pose and child pose and twist-yoga poses like half-spinal twist, provide improvement to the digestion and massage the abdominal area of your body. The spine-poses like leg pulls, leg raises and wind- relieving pose etc. give elasticity to your spine. The back-bends exercises promote flexibility of your spine, and give strength to your arms, legs and abdomen. The shoulder stand, headstand and plough will improve the circulation, stimulate the brain, and improve the glandular functioning of this system and decrease pressure on the abdominal organs. Finally, the corpse poses (svanasa) which is practiced to relax at the end of yoga poses. Don’t try to practice those poses which are beyond your capabilities and try to get some help and guidance from yoga experts.
