Yoga Positions for Beginners
For the beginners of yoga, the simple asanas are recommended to get the desired result. There are virtually more than hundred asanas being performed all over the world. But some positions are meant for the beginners, the flexible positions are to be practiced by the new learners initially. These positions are quite easy which everyone perform without causing any injuries. It is especially designed for those who have newly enrolled themselves for yoga classes. Yoga teachers will only promote you to the next level when they are absolutely sure that you are successful at the first level
Simple yoga positions for the beginners
These positions of yoga seem similar to the positions that are regularly practiced in yoga. You are supposed to perform standing, supine position, In sitting, back bending and of course balancing poses. The most important standing poses are the adho mukha pose or the downward facing dog pose. You may be given the pyramid pose with extended side angle, hands raised, and while standing bend-forward pose. The poses during the sitting positions will be the head to knee pose, the cobbler position, forward bend while sitting. These yoga poses may seem difficult but once you start doing it is very easy to practice it. The yoga expert teacher may be able to make you learn quite easily. Yoga is meant for all to learn.
